Q - Can I build my own design?
A – Yes, you may as long as it meets building envelope dimensions set by the municipalities and any sub-division set architectural controls.

Q – Will you build for us on our own land?
A – Yes, we can – depending on our scheduling availability and location of your property.

Q - Can I make changes to an already designed house plan?
A – Yes, modification may be made to floor plans as long as it doesn’t change the house structurally.

Q- Can I choose my own colours for the house?
A – Yes if you have been involved with our building process from the beginning you will have access to our in house interior decorator for help in choosing paint colours, flooring and kitchen cabinets.

Q – Will you finish the basement?
A – Yes we can, if this is an option you are considering it is best brought to our attention as early on as possible in our discussions about your new home.
