About Dustin and Julie VanSoelen

So what is the Duvanco Difference? Simply put, it is our unwavering commitment to quality construction and imaginative design. Driving that commitment are owners Dustin & Julie VanSoelen.

Dustin was born and raised in Belleville literally growing up in the construction business. He spent his boyhood summers working in the family landscaping company. On the way to creating his own business he traveled the world, gaining valuable experience building new homes in Western Canada, and supervising construction projects in Sydney Australia. His formal training includes civil/environmental engineering technology at Kingston's St. Lawrence College. Julie brings to the company a wealth of business experience and handles the administration, and customer service responsibilities of the company.

The two talents have created a dynamic team, raising the bar on new home building standards in the area. Since 2000 they have constructed some of the area's most distinctive home designs in subdivisions including Settler's Landing in Bayside, Summit Park in Trenton, Baybreeze in Prince Edward County and Cascade Glen & Carriage Lea Estates in Belleville.

Dustin and Julie live in Prince Edward County and have two sons, Kolby and Carter.
